Financial Information

Our doctors and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Emergency/Single-Visit/Initial Appointment Payments

For your initial appointment, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders, and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

Insurance Information

We will make every effort for you to maximize any applicable benefits to the treatment recommendations you receive and decide are in your best interest. We will provide coded diagnosis and procedure definitions which you can attach to the forms provided by your employer and submit for pre-estimate of benefits and for completion of procedures. We will respond to questions from insurance carriers and work with their consultants. When their standardized treatment approaches do not fit your individual, unique needs, we will explain these differences to their consultants, though their ability to modify your coverage may be very limited. Should a carrier send us payment for completed services for which you have already paid, we will immediately reimburse you.

Multiple Visit Payment Options

When the course of your treatment extends over several months or longer, we may be able to assist you by developing a payment schedule. This is accomplished on a confidential, individual basis with our financial coordinator. She will consider all the circumstances and you will collaborate with her to define a workable plan.
